We get it—your leaders are busy. That’s why this program focuses on proven tools to tackle real challenges like team performance, accountability, and alignment. It’s not extra work; it’s about solving the issues already taking up their time, so they can lead more effectively and with confidence.
Lead High Performing Teams is 3 months long with the following sessions spread throughout: six Group coaching sessions, two 1:1 coaching sessions, & ondemand content with tools for leaders to apply team leadership skills.
Group coaching is an opportunity for leaders to meet with a group of their peers and a certified coach, to apply team leadership skills to their real life scenarios, all in a safe & motivating environment.
The commitment is 12 hours spread over 3 months. (Average is 1 hour per week.) There are two optional 1:1 coaching sessions which are 45 minutes each.
